We travelled as a group of 15 to Panama. Did not get group incentives offered. Did not receive our baggage till the next day (of of us). Was suppose to get a group discount promised before trip. Still waiting for our cheques from Sears for the discount. Agent keeps promising, but nothing received. Not happy at all with Sears Travel Agent.
