Bought 10 different jerseys for my friends bachelors party, got an amazing discount as well as customer name and number on all jerseys. On top of that they got it all done in 3 weeks. Will shop here again.

Purchases a basball jersey March 1st 2018, said it would be in in 2 weeks, 2 weeks came no jersey yet no phone call from store employees, went to the store spoke to an employee, employee said jersey is not in, call next week. Employee also said the manager had not been in for a while but has boxes in his trunk full of jerseys and should be in by wednesday, Wednesday came no phone no Jersey. It is now May 3rd and went to store to pick up Jersey and no more store. It is gone! I can't believe that the Georgian Mall would allow a store like this in there building, I did not expect to get screwed over with a store in the mall. My dad is out his birthday present and I lost my money. I am guessing that the Jersey was never ordered, they just took my money....

Went in to purchase an NHL jacket. I was told they would be in next week. The next week, the staffer tells me the jackets are in, but he's not allowed to open the boxes - the manager has to do this - the manager will be in on Friday. The following Tuesday, we return and we find children's jackets. The staffer apologized and said they were there, but he doesn't have permission to open the box they're in. Friday, we return to the store - the staffer is very apologetic, and calls his manager. The manager informs the staffer that he will be in on Monday and it will be waiting for us. Monday arrives, and we visit the store and meet the manager. He tells us they don't have any. Bottom line - someone is not telling the truth. The jacket was for my mentally challenged brother, who we were hoping to give it to him for his birthday. Head office replied to our review. In the meantime, we bought our jacket elsewhere. They offered to get us a jacket asap, but I've been down this road with them already. Thanks but no thanks.
