Products are cheap and the staff is rude. Waste of money. Had to give them a 1 star because there isn’t a 0 star option

I have spent over $500 in this store and each time, it is a delight to work the people there. This last experience was so positive that I felt the need to write a review. I had a charm, 2 years old, that broke at the clasp. It was a hanging charm. The sales person who assisted me was Luke. He looked up my purchase history, saw that I was a repeat customer and replaced my charm for free. I bought another on the spot. I have never felt that way. Most salespeople would say I'm sorry, your warranty has expired and there is nothing I can do. Luke, appreciating the value of repeat customers, did the opposite. I will never purchase from another store, you have my complete loyalty. Thank you!
