I brought in a new MacBook pro with a screen issue, the screen began flickering the day I bought the computer, didn't think anything of it and eventually I developed a solid line through the screen, so I took it into my local jump plus because apple is farther away... got a call saying this repair would cost me 850$ for a screen replacement. So I called apple and they confirmed my computer is under warranty and that this repair should be fixed with no issues. So I called the jump plus back to confirm this because I need my computer back for school and the technician was extremely rude saying there is physical damage to my products screen with cracks in it. So I picked up my computer and took it too apple and it was fixed no problem, apple should really evaluate who they allow to warranty service their products because this was a horrible experience I wouldn't recommend anyone go there as they will try to scam your money.
