Used to be great to buy dress shoes here but last visit the shoe department was a disorganized mess. Recently tried to buy a pair of Levis for curbside pick up. No stock in my size. Tried to order one pair online and wasted an hour of my life dealing with a broken web site. Called in the order and was hung up on. Tried again and they charged my card 7 times for the same order. How does the Bay stay in business. They make the Federal government look smart.

Laura from the vast cosmetology section was amazing!!! When everything was going wrong, Laura stepped in to find solutions to our problem with the online purchasing, ring through our other purchases, answer questions, make us feel welcomed and she managed to connect with customers on a level that really added to the Christmas shopping during our current pandemic. Brilliant!!

I tried to return an item which I tried to return earlier but because of Covid couldnt, the manager was very arrogant . I told him I would never trust shopping in his store ever again !

I asked my wife to return two pairs of girls runners as the size was an issue. The store accepted the refund but without the presence of the credit card that carried the order would only issue a store credit. Every other retailers ie Gap, Lands End,,,, automatically credits the billed credit card. Now I have a store credit!!!!! How dare they!!!!! Unless they resolve this issue, MORE OF MY TIME, I will NEVER purchase another item from this retailer. In this retailer rich environment I have many choices and the Bay better smarten up!
