So, I went to the Georgian Mall in Barrie to buy a comfy pair of shoes. I chose champs because they seem to have a wide variety of options. When I walked in, an older gentleman helped me pick a pair of shoes. They were uncomfortable so I returned them. When I went to the cash a younger gentleman told me I was a liar for "wearing the shoes outside" when I only wore them in my workplace. Not only did he call me a liar, but he refused to help me. Customer service is terrible.
