I was in the store on Saturday, Oct 10 th and purchased a pair of boot shoes. I tried 2 different styles on and decided on the one pair. The young girl waiting on me was so busy trying to push insoles and cleaner and protectant on me that she ended up putting the shoes I didn't like into the box. It's Thanksgiving and I was going to wear the shoes. I opened the box and the shoes that I didn't want and didn't fit are in the box. I guess we should always check the box before we leave now. I use to trust the stores but not anymore. Talk about being focused and remembering what shoes your customer bought
