Placed order for dine in ..Then asked for vaccine proof and Ontario Health Card ! What if I am visiting Canada ? Will never return to McDonald's. Requirements should be posted BEFORE CUSTOMER ENTERS MC DONALDS not after order is placed.

I have been going to this store since it opened almost 4 yrs ago & I have never complained to any other store of any kind. I go to your location 5 or 6 times a week at least & buy a few coffee's each time. There is a person on cash who treats me totally un professional & today took the cake. The person argued with me about how to charge for coffee's when you have a coupon. She was completly wrong, as I have coupons & do this fairly frequent & no other cashier has done this. But really for some reason this person treats me like I am a piece of garbage & even commented to the next customer about me. Which honestly is fine I don't care, but when you don't listen to a polite patron & act like I am the worst human in Barrie. Thats a problem for me. I treat every worker in your store with politeness & respect & I am sure the others would agree. I am very disappointed & do not deserve this. I will be going to another store if I go to any Mcdonald's at all. I am in full understanding of how customers should be treated. I worked for a customer related job the past 8 yrs & I never would treat any person or customer in that fashion. I would like to think this person only treats me this way. But sadly I am probably wrong.

went through the drive and waited a ridiculous amount of time for an UNtoasted BLT bagel and when I got it, it didn't have the extra ketchup and mayo I had asked for. When I mentioned that to the woman at the window she replied 'we don't have any, where all out, they just arrived off the truck' which I watched the truck pull away while I was waiting so it was in the store, so I said 'ok' thinking she'd tell me to wait and would go me some but instead she just stared at me like I was the idiot and said 'so we don't have any' and closed the window!! What kind of fast food place runs out of ketchup? is this what you've been telling you customers all morning?? Why didn't the owner go to a cash and carry and buy some ketchup for the mean time? The manner in which the woman dealt with me was completely unprofessional and if I were the owner of that restaurant I would be mortified that that was how my customers were being treated. I will never go there again, I will cross the highway and go to the one on Barrie View from now on.
