Recently joined Planet Fitness. I was quite excited as I have been a personal trainer and nutritionist for several years and I owned my own gym, which I still have. I have been going since late December and the staff have been great..........until Wednesday morning when I came across a very rude staff member who thought she was the cat's meow.....treated us like we were scum of the earth. Her behavior was very inappropriate. Strike one against you guys. If she doesn't like her job, why is she there? You are there to help your customers not discourage them. So, I am giving you guys one more chance and then I'm going to another facility where I will be treated with more respect rather than another bothersome client. Such as shame as I really enjoy this club.
