Went here a few years ago, I definitely agree with other reviews that some items were overpriced but I also found quite a few reasonably priced or even cheap items. I remember the store owner was also fairly nice, though the store itself could be a bit hard to navigate given the way it was set up with most things piled on each other.

I regret stepping into this bookstore. I got completely overcharged and lost a lot of money. Don't go here, the store owner is a slimeball.

My first impressions of the store, the books are stacked like your grandmas basement. Probably just as dusty. The owner is a slick lil scammer, so be aware of what you are being charged, I got over charged. (grrrr) I could have gotten over the stacks of unorganized books once I laid eyes on the treasures hidden here and there on the floor and shelves. . But the owner and the sham of his prices destroyed any chance I will return to store.

I was in on Tuesday, January 22 and purchased what I thought was Twilight by Stephanie Meyer. When I got home I discovered that it was New Moon inside the sleeve. I'm hoping I can come and exchange it. Can't find a phone number to call you and speak with you directly. I live out of town and am not able to get to Barrie as often as I'd like. Please contact me so I can get this straightened out please...
