Recently ( one week ago today ) bought a Noma air conditioner. 9000 btu rated for 400 square feet of cooling power. Had unit running in 200 square foot bedroom and it failed to cool. When trying to exchange product for another one, the manager tells me he can't help me and that I have to go through the Noma warranty. So it's the hottest week of the year. My new air conditioner that I purchased at bayfield mall canadian tire a week ago doesn't work properly, and they want me to go through the Noma warranty and wait until the cold weather arrives and I no longer need the ac unit to cool off. Refused to exchange it for me. Terrible experience. They lost a loyal customer who frequently spent big money at ct. I will never shop their again. Complete waste of my money and of my time.
