Took in my watch as screen had fallen out. Was assured it was fixable so spent $250 for repair and new screen. Got the watch back and screen fell out again. Took it back only to be told issue was a new problem to do with the battery. The manager was dreadful and rude. $250 is a lot of money to throw away and the company complaints service is non existent. I won’t use the company again and question their competence to repair anything valuable
