I normally have a pleasant experience at Aurora Staples Business Depot. However just this week I went in the morning and the displeasure of being served by a gentleman wearing glasses chomping gum. I presented him with cash, to which he replied "Don't you have anything smaller"? I replied "no". His response was to tell me "You have to wait till I decide to go to the back to get change". He then proceeded to ignore me and help the other customer behind. I stood bewildered for a few minutes and composed myself. I told your employee to take everything back, as I will.be purchasing on Amazon, and proceeded to leave the store. I am not your average shopper I own a business and buys stationary and printer ink by the boxes. He seemed to pre judge my appearance as I had on my gym attire, and assumed I was nobody. Employees such as this are the reason people like myself are turning to online shopping. No discriminatory behavior and no attitude. I hope you read this email and tell your employees who dont care, that they are flirting with their own future livelihood. They are to put their best foot forward when dealing with a piblic that clearly has options.
