The fact that I can't even phone Staples to ask them a question before I drive up there is infuriating. Clearly they have no concept of customer service and don't care about the environment at all. I'm pretty sure they could afford to hire someone to answer the phone. A really poor business model. This site won't allow me to give 0 stars but that's my rating.

Ink for officejet pro printer ... Was given the incorrect ink, asked for 962 tri colours and 962XL black. Looked in bag when I got home. To my surprise I had 951 tri colours and a 951 XL black. Back to store ( I reside in Dundas ) and they inform me the one cartridge ( cyan ) is not in stock and will have to be ordered in, maybe by November fifth. That will be three trips to the Ancaster Staples. Not doing the Covid-19 protocol much good?
