I was put on hold forever , they couldn't get the sku number right, I was hunged up on by accident and 3 people had to help me by the time the 3rd salesperson came on she said to calm down to me in a mean tone and that they were busy, no excuse, never shopping here again. time to train your staff with courtesy and knowledge of products!
