I placed 2 orders with structube in November, we understood the long timeframe so we made sure to order well in advance. I feel as though I've wasted enough time with this company so I don't want to go into great detail about what happened. To sum it up, we bought a bedroom set, dining set and a few small items, we went into the store and after being ignored for 2 hours we ordered online. We tried calling over the course of 3 days to follow up on an order and never reached anyone (approx. 10 times each day) after contacting support online someone told me we could pick up our order. We had arranged to have a van to pick it up and it turns out there was 2 dining chairs and a pillow available to pick up. We have been trying to get ahold of someone but online support says its the store's problem and the store says its online. I will be cancelling my order (if I can get a hold of anyone) because we are being COMPLETELY ignored. Also, even though online states free shipping it does not let you select it. I do not recommend.
