I had the pleasure of being a customer in your store today. I had 3 types of returns, 1 with my own receipt, 1 with gift receipts and 1 with no receipts. The lady who served me was outstanding, I wish I got her name. I was able to return the items with receipts and exchanged the items with no receipts. No questions asked, Unlike the Simcoe who couldnt help me at all!! Thank you Ancaster Carters! Amazing service, great staff, I will return!
