Ordered 2 gallons of paint over the phone for curb side pickup. Specifically asked for it to come on the jars with the handle and was prepared to buy the equivalent of the 2 gal if it only came in quarts. Asked for satin finish as it was for trim. Discussed various sub brands with girl. Wanted a bright white (like a white switch plate). She called me back twice more to get it right. When I got to the stor, she did not answer the phone, it was a young man. Had trouble finding the order, after all it had been an hour. Although I was parked at their door with my trunk open, he comes out and puts the 2 gal. on the curb next to my car and goes back inside. I am crippled, so I must stagger out of my car and put the 2 gal into the trunk. Of course, they are not the in the containers with the handle and no stir sticks. I will NEVER buy Sher2in-Williams paint. I can only hope when I open the cans it is bright white. There was no drop of paint on the lid to tell me. Extrem3ly poor service. They should be OOB!
