The Marshalls in this plaza is way better. Today was the final straw for me. I had a bunch of items in my cart and stopped to try on a shirt before heading to check out. I parked my cart next to the change room entrance and was gone maybe 5 minutes max. When l returned my cart was gone. I asked the change room associate where it went and she told me another associate had taken it and “you aren’t supposed to leave your cart there.”

In order relieve the long line ups, Winners should have a separate cash for only returns and exchanges as it takes longer to resolve, most large stores have this in place already and makes more sense, this would relieve the long waits for customers who only want to purchase.
