I got bio gel done at this spa and had a terrible experience. The woman did my nails in rush I was not satisfied with her behaviour at all. She was angry when I asked her to clean the glue off the skin. I asked her to make my nails short she didn't even do that... She did not want to listen to how I wanted my nails done. And kept saying my nails were curled... As a nail technician you should be able to deal with nails of any shape. This shouldn't be your excuse, it just means that you're not knowledgeable enough of your job. I spent $67 and the bio gel didn't even last me for a week. I'm not going back to this place again.
