Refused to refund or exchange a too-large jacket I bought a week ago, unworn, with tags on and receipt in hand citing the on-sale item was "final sale" of which NO ONE said anything about at time of purchase! Otherwise I would have triple-checked fitment! Very shady shady business practice. So I'm stuck now with a jacket that is too big for me.

Dropped by this store in Ajax shopping for a pair of shoes. Looked at some Converse shoes and got yelled at by store manager (clerk) (God knows what) because as per their "new normal" I was not supposed to touch the shoes I was going to buy. Another step towards complete lunacy. Decided not to argue and just left. No shoes from that place((((
