Sephora - AJAX - rude sales manager Samantha | by Sam Mac on Mar 10, 2021
I went in today to buy some lip gloss. First time I've been to a store in months. I asked Samantha, the store manager a question. To my surprise she was extremely flippant and walked away as I was talking. It was regarding JLO bronzers testers. I admit, it may have been a dumb question to ask as we are in covid times and even tho the product has a sticker that says "Try Me" I should have know that meant "don't try me" these days but there was no reason to be rude to me. As I was leaving she was by the exit. I told her, in not a rude tone, just a heads ups, if you guys can remove the "try me" stickers you should because it's confusing. To my shock AGAIN lol she turned away from me and started fixing products and said actually we have no control over that and there are signs all over the store. I said that's fine and makes sense but honestly my real issue is with how you are spoke to me and how you are speaking to me now. I am a paying customer. She said "that's fine, that's fine". I said actually it's not, it's rude. Then I walked away to leave and she shouted out "have a nice day!" but her tone was of course saying the opposite. I have never written a bad review like this before but honestly, we are in such a stressful time in life. There's no need to be so rude. I just wanted some lipgloss and Jlo bronzer! lol
