Angry bald man, mad at world yelling at pleaaent but confused old ladies | by Sarah on Sep 12, 2021
The old bald man who works at this location has absolutely no customer service skills, or control over his anger towards customers who are trying to figure out their new convoluted line up system. The two older women ahead of my boyfriend and I asked us to take their place in line and go ahead to be served by this man, because after he yelled at them (twice) they were too intimidated to face him. He should be ashamed of himself. Try to be nicer.
