Came back from USA,can't get a hold of anyone from Koodo to help set up old #'s..any advice ( we r quarantined till May 5th...can't get out)!!

I went into the Baywood Koodo office initially to pay my son's bill and enquired regarding any competitive plans as I might have considered migrating from Virgin. Not only did AK show me better options but he introduced me to the idea of changing my phone. After thinking about it for a bit I went back to switch providers and get myself a new phone, which for some reason I was denied by your system. But AK was so wonderfully helpful and apologized for any misunderstanding regarding not qualifying for a phone as a new customer, I made the decision based on being treated so well to go ahead with the migration of my number. He not only explained my savings, he reconfigured my phone and went through step by step what to expect. He was always genuinely helpful and patient with not only me but with all the customers coming through. He was doing multiple transactions while assisting me and asked my permission to do so. I have since gone into the store 4 times to change my son's plan and do various enquiries and he even remembers my name each time!! That was a WOW for me. I have since recommended my colleague and she made the switch from Fido and got a new phone. I have not hesitated to recommend others to switch and if possible visit the Baywood store and ask for AK!
