I was in the Telus store yarmouth mall today comparing prices for a purchase I wanted to make. There were two employees in the store. One was busy helping a lady with two young children. The other was busy leaning on a display case having a loud and non-work related conversation with a friend. I waited several minutes while she finished her chat. She then walked behind the counter and began fiddling with the computer while completely avoiding eye contact with me. I edged closer to the desk but she still refused to acknowledge my presence. I waited two or three more minutes before finally walking out and making my purchase at the Bell store.
