Went twice , waited 30 minutes plus at copy centre each time for service. Bought pre loaded cards both times . Waist of money. Nothing ever works and is grossly under staffed. Store manger is snippy as can be .

If I could give 0 stars I would have but 1 is the lowest. Print job of a poster arrived folded multiple times - not rolled. I can't use it. I called 3x and each time someone was 'working ' on it. It was such a complete and utter waste of time. Everyone is so incompetent and nobody owns the issue. In the end I had to ask for my money back so I could find another place to get the poster printed.

went in to buy a monitor and it took them 20+ minutes for a worker to come help me, however , I will let that slide because it was Boxing Day sales and it was packed. they told me it was a returned box and it is unsealed because they had to check to make sure everything was in it. when I got home and started to set it up, the power cord was missing (the most Important part). so I came all the way back to the store for them to tell me they don't carry the part and they don't have any more monitors left so you will have to fully return it and order it online ( I came in store so I didn't have to wait). Everyone except the man who sold me the monitor was not very empathetic or sorry, the man fully apologized and was actually sorry. no one offered any sort of compensation or at least a very small discount for the trouble. I will most likely never shop at staples again.
