Please help. I bought my daughter white allstar hightop converse for Easter.she wore them to work yesterday ( outdoor garden center super store ) The sneakers got wet in the pouring rain we had and the red dye ran from the allstar logo. I dont know if converse had a problem wuth the dye or if others have reported the same issue but she would appreciate a refund or replacement pair if you could do that for us we would be very grateful. Thank you!

There was an employee pretty much on top of me and my daughter the whole time. In 20 mins in the store she asked me if I needed help 14 TIMES! We weren’t even given time to shop.I then tried to pick out some masks while another employee paced back and forth behind me. The employee also flung open the dressing room door while my daughter was changing to let someone else in. Pushiest staff I have ever encountered. We won’t be back!!
