The lady doesn’t do great customer service, when you want a certain nail length or colour she’ll just try to change it the way that she likes it unless you say something about it. I only know this because I went to a nail place in Halifax with no issues after going to this place for years, but here I would not get the specific nails that I wanted that I have shown on my phone. As well it’s over priced and only cash, which is a burden.
