I was in your outlet today and couldn't find the Easton Baseball Pants in a Medium with the elastic at ankles. I took a pair to the cash and the lady working there said they didn't have anymore of them. I asked if they had a store in Antigonish, Truro or Metro Halifax. I was told NO, the only other store was in Bridgewater. Well, I came home and googled it and there are 11 stores in Nova Scotia. Maybe you should educate your staff so they can be helpful.
