I visited head shoppe Scotia on 24 th . I had a very pretty highlights before done by hair factory. I checked with stylist if burgundy will suit my hair and if highlights will be visible as burgundy. She mentioned she is 100 percent confident that it will be very pretty burgundy highlight. When it was washed after colour my original highlight went away and there was no visible burgundy highlights. I am completely dissatisfied and this was my worst experience. The stylist should never say anything which does not work. I really regret to have it changed from head shoppe. I hope they get it fixed.
