We booked our vacation (at the Scotia Square location) with Nicole 10 months in advance. Nearing our departure day, (2-3 weeks in advance), we began reaching out to request the important information. We were ghosted for over a week. The excuse "we're really busy" was given. Was 10 months not enough time to figure it out? I feel like Nicole collected a paycheck for pushing a button on a webpage. Also, the resort has been a nightmare. Good job
