Do not order glasses from Sears Optical Mumford Rd, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from them. They promised 2 week delivery, but took over a month because they had "shipped one pair to the wrong address". Nobody ever picked up the phone. Nobody returned my voicemails. I had to visit the store several times before they finally got my order back underway. The sport goggles fell apart after 3 weeks. The frames are not tight, so the lenses pop out. Not abused, just poor quality. I paid $45 for each pair of glasses to be covered by their 2 year warrantee, I went to the store to get them repaired, but was told they could not, because the optician had gone away and left a cashier to run the shop in her absence. I went in to the store again, just as the optician was leaving at mid-day. She refused to take 30 seconds to discuss my problem because she had "someone waiting for me". Do not buy glasses from Sears Optical at Mumford Rd in Halifax.
