Was was excited to try this new location , looked so nice . On the am of June 3rd, 2016 I had a pedi as well as gel nails applied by Kevin. One week after I noticed that on on right hand the gel was lifting badly and on 3 fingers on the left. I want in today expecting to have someone fix them ho were the manager tried to tell me that this was "normal" after one weeks growth , which is it not and made no effort to apologize or compensate for the poor work . Instead they offered me 10-15% off for someone else to do it or have the guy who messed them up redo it that next time he was in. I have had my nails done for years and was shocked by the lack of concern for poor work , even if it was not intentional. Obviously the goal at this location is volume and not long time repeat customers
