Well, this was a surprise. After my great experience with Joe a few days earlier buying my new iPhone, I was expecting the same respectful experience when I went back a few days later (Friday afternoon). I had been completely frustrated with the inability of tech support, after five calls, two days, and many hours, to fix an email problem. Bell, you finally broke me: I went back to the store to cancel the whole contract. When I told the salesperson what I wanted to do, she told me I would have to call Bell directly myself. I understand this was policy, but after two days of getting the runaround from tech support, I was upset with what seemed like another runaround. Moreover, I found it astonishing, in the face of my clear distress, that she did not acknowledge my frustration and could barely take her eyes off the screen in front of her. As I was walking out, she said, in a bored voice, with her eyes still on the screen, that she was sorry. I responded, 'no, you're not', and she laughed. Seriously. Bell, can you possibly go lower?
