I bought a bureau and mirror , it was delivered with some damage to the top. I called Alyssa and she was very courteous and accommodating to me. I received excellent customer service and she was able to resolve the issue with me. I would definitely shop at the Brick in the future because of this great customer service. Thank you Alyssa. Purchased furniture and had delivery twice in June/July from The Brick. Dining table had a few scratches and they made it right to my satisfaction. On the second delivery I was late arriving to my apartment. Drivers were very courteous about it. Also good experience twice with a young sales associate Joplin. Great service all around from sales, delivery and warranty departments! Very satisfied

While I have found the sales associate great (bought new appliances), the delivery was not as scheduled and I am having a terrible time getting reimbursed for an install (OVR microwave) that their service people could not install. I have been calling and e-mailing since last week, put on hold repeatedly for extended periods and still do not have a refund of $310 despite being told on Tuesday it was done. My review reflects the business office, not sales or products.

My husband and I just moved to Halifax two weeks ago. We had to buy a lot of new furniture and were lucky enough to have Kristen as our sales agent. She was wonderful! She took the time to talk about each of the pieces, was patient and helpful when we changed our minds and did her best to arrange delivery on the dates and times that we wanted. The staff at Customer Service was also excellent. Changes in our orders that required extra work and refunds were handled with a smile. We will definitely return to this store and the wonderful staff for many years to come.
