Wanted to print something, didn’t know how to use the machines (I’m 62 years old and extremely friendly), asked for assistance. One of the 2 customer “service” persons pointed to a sign taped to the counter with steps on how to email my document to the photocopier. I had to go back to ask what payment card I can use. She said visa. On the prompt I put it in the reader-nothing. Was ignored at desk while they chatted. I left. Told cashier-no care
