Very surprised this franchise has not gone under as they treat their customers very poorly and blame the customer for their incorrect orders. Also the restaurant looks dirty and very cluttered. Don’t eat here or order take out. No staff accountability or customer service.

Terrible customer service. Got wrong take out order—over paid for 2 items. Called and spoke with new employee who admitted it was her mistake and then started hollering at me over the phone and blaming me for not checking my order at pick up. Called And spoke with the manager the next day who told me to call back another time, and she actually hung up on me as I was speaking. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful treatment of customers!
