I visited the Bauer’s Lake location on November 28 with a question about cricut maker. Two different employees were rude. First one avoided me entirely after looking me in the eye and retreating to a office and not coming out! Next one did try to help but was loud and irritated. Not happy and I do realize they are busy but I did not have a good experience here

I want to comment on the fantastic,personal service we received at Michaels on Sunday.Dashia helped us with a frame and matte selection for a piece of artwork.She was very helpful in steering us in the right direction and went out of her way to make sure we were ok with the selection. It’s not every day you get such exceptional service! Thank you Dashia!
