Many thanks to one of your staff, Patsy, who provided my daughter, Katherine, with excellenty service a couple of days ago. I have a small purse which required a new fastener. My daughter took it to Antlantic Fabrics, discussed with Patsy., and now I have a new fastener and a usable purse. I am so appreciative. Once again, excellent service from Atlantic Fabrics. Staff is rude, and doesn't even know what fabrics they sell. Asked for chiffon, was told they don't sell it, and then 2 minutes later found it myself on the shelf. Theres no screen showing how much you owe, so you just have to hope the cashier is doing things properly and entering the sales because you don't know until you get your receipt. The new lady is trying her best, but her boss keeps pulling her away in the middle of helping someone. Sad.
