Ravi was friendly and so helpful. He was patient with myself and my son who are picky. He got us the phones we wanted and my plan went down not up!! He also hooked us up with so much credit in store. Definitly recommend Ravi and the Mic Mac Mall location!!

Rude, not trying to solve problem. Was dealing with the store for years. Not any more. Asked for manager and was given the run around. Avoid this place.
