Booked a 60 minute make up session, but Sephora called to cancel it as their make up artist called in sick that day. Their system never sent a cancellation email, and when I checked the appointment was still active, so I cancelled it. Then they charged me $20 for cancelling it. Have called twice, and spoken with four different people, each telling me they'd call me the next day and have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed in the run around.

Courtney who is employed with this establishment is by far the worst makeup artist. She saturates her brushes with product, and the blending skills displayed are horrific. I had the unpleasant experience of having her do my makeup and it was very heavy and cakey. Wonder where she learned how to do it? From a funeral home? I walked out feeling like I stepped out a living dead flick instead of looking my best. Shameful customer service.
