after reading the comments on your facebook page , I am happy to see I'm not alone. You treat everyone of your PAST customers like crap. you do not respond to emails or phone calls. you suck. I believe the only reason you stay in business is because you do not return people's hard earned money. this is going to be the final time I give you to respond and resolve this issue. once again here is what happened, my husband bought my christmas present at your store, it did not fit, he then exchanged it for a larger size, which also did not fit. I took it back to your store in micmac mall dartmouth. where I then told you do not carry my size. but would only be given a store credit. what the heck am I going to do with that?? I tried to sell it but I only got comments like, good luck with that, I wouldn't shop there, the list goes on. I asked my daughter to take it but she doesn't want to shop in your store, seeing how I was treated. please change my mind and show us all you do believe in good customer service. thank you. you may call me at 902-878-0002 or respond by email. I paid for a service you can not provide. the bbb says you must return the money.
