Manager was just as bad as her staff. I believe his name is Luke. Was rude with me as soon as I walked in the store. I will never go into the blue notes in mic Mac mall again

I was in Bluenotes a few weeks ago now, bought a hoodie that was 40 percent off at the time. I was in the mall while it was close to lunch a friend of mine had bought an ice cream. at one point it spilled on one of the parcels it happened to be the hoodie I bought, I took it back to the store to see if they could do anything? even tho it was an accident! He took my name and number said he would get back to me and didn't! so I waited a week after the fact called the store spoke to an employee she said he wasn't in he was off. All I wanted to know is if there was something they could do for me? or did I have to wash a gift before wrapping it? What ever happened to customer service? So as a customer I will not return to Bluenotes.
