Worst company ever. I purchased 3 items and only received 2. No explanations, not a single note inside the package, nothing. I've sent several emails and nobody answered me. I've paid for 3 items and I wanted either the missing item or my money back. The after-sale is horrible, they simply ignore the customer's needs and questions. This was my first and my LAST purchase. I have never experienced such a terrible customer service. Don't buy there

Was in on Sunday shopping for a winter coat for my mother in Newfoundland. This was not just a coat it was a specific coat that she saw in your website. Your staff quickly located the coat and found similar ones for options. I FaceTime my mother from the store and one of your employees even modelled the coat on FaceTime for my mother. The service was above and beyond. My mother received the jacket it in 2 days from ordering it. You rocked it!!!!

I am not a shopper.I find it very difficult shopping for new clothes. I am going to my grand daughter’s wedding.I dreaded looking for some thing to wear.So today I went to Laura’s at Dartmouth Crossing. What a wonderful experience.Heather waited on me and because of her I found a lovely outfit to wear. Fancy slacks, with a bright colourful top.Jewellry and purse to match.
