A few weeks ago I asked Costco if I could return an older version hearing aid 9. And purchas a newer version 10. I was told that the return period was 180 days. And my aid was a few days older. I then ordered 1 of the older version. This aid worked for less than 10 hrs. I think Costco should now allow me now to replace those aids with the newer version 10. The personnel there have been excellent. This was a management decision to not allow .
