Love Dartmouth Crossing! | by Ashley on Mar 27, 2021
I always love shopping here, I miss Additionelle at this location. My husband travels for work and we stay at the Hampton Inn which mean I can take advantage of walking around and shopping using my large toddler stroller (most stores are easy to maneuver in and out of - EXCEPT STARBUCKS they need an automatic door for wheelchair access and parents with strollers). We love the playground, Booster Juice, the washrooms...no complaints.
Customer complaint with service | by JANICE SIMPSON on Jan 18, 2021
On Sat 16Jan/21, I was at the location and brought a couple of friends with me to do some shopping as I had not been to this location since the lockdown in Nov 2020.When we went to checkout (our cashier Shelly F #615, treated my friends and myself like 2nd class citizens. Not wanting to do a sub total for each of their orders and I (the card holder) was doing the paying at the end of the transaction, they were told to go stand out of the way before the order had a sub total and the cart was not packed. Then when I had my portion finished she told me that the executive coupons could not be used (only for member- which I am and I was paying for the total order (amount $ 1,258.17), she did allow the coupons at the end but was not very pleasant about the whole experience. I have used your Costco location alot over the years and feel with the amount of money I spend each time I visit, a little customer service would have been nice. Seemed she just wanted to get the transaction done and get rid of us. If this is the way your location treats every customer, I am sure customer loyalty will not be very good. There is another location in the general area that can be used but I have always been very happy with the service I have received in the past. I know everyone is under a lot of stress these days, but I still do not think customer service should be like this.
