Very snooty staff. I was doing a return and she barely spoke a word other then what she had to ask to put in her computer, not a smile or gesture of appreciation for doing business there. There was a young gal who was very chipper and helpful. I went to the New Glasgow Reitmans a couple days later and they provided perfect service. When did Bedford Reitmans turn so posh they can't acknowledge their customers?
