I don't know how the manager gets away with the way she treats her customers. She has got to be hand down one of the rudest managers I have ever come in contact with at a Pet Valu. This store needs help and fast. Time to get new management because what is there now is causing customer to walk out the doors and not come back ever again. She clearly doesn't care about the business and its customers at all with the way she acts and speaks.

If you happen to deliver to that store..be ready to get told off and sworn at..get items thrown around you because you delivered early??? Then blame the driver and write a nasty e-mail to the boss..try getting your orders now lady..anger management classes are needed for you..yesterday

This store use to be my favorite place to shop, I was so happy when it came to antigonish. I remember Jennifer from porthawkesbury and was so happy to see her back at it again. I was so sad to find out she left and ever since she left that store has gone completely down hill. The store is disorganized beyond belief. I will never understand why Jennifer wasn't manger over holly,Jennifer clearly kept that store its best. Holly doesn't care at all.

I shop frequently here. I love the store and staff. The manager is always helpful. I enjoy our chats. She is very knowledgeable about products and services. Her staff are fabulous. I really like taking my dogs in the store for treats. The store is beautiful, inviting and clean.

This place has the rudest manager and workers ever. You can be the only person in the store snd they won’t bother greeting you, let alone offering to help look for something. Obviously catering to only small dogs since they told me my golden retriever was too big for anything there. Don’t waste your time here, go to one stop for friendly help.

Dear pet valu owner I love the store. When in the store the manger was working. I am not sure why she's the manager!! She does not know her stuff. very rude, it is like you are bothering her when you ask for help. She points where stuff is if she knows, that is not help in my books!! I have been at the store other times and there is a girl by the name of Jennifer she knows her stuff. Jennifer is for the customer. You will loose business
