Wanted an item that was in stock according to the computer but none on the shelf. I usually find what I looking for at this store. I’ve heard many complain about not getting help. There was none anywhere near the are so I Had to go to another area to find an employee. Once I found someone he paged someone from the department I needed 4 times. When I saw the girl he was paging she had a lineup of customers looking for help. Then a lineup started for the man helping me. I saw no other staff. It was 2 pm. The parking lot had lots of room, the store was not busy. They need more people at this store. The abuse the employees have to take is ridiculous. I will not shop there again as I can’t support their practices.
