I was never as disappointed in a place of business in my life. I bought glasses, they said they had to send them away and they were gone nearly a month, a few weeks later the glass popped out. Took them back and the man said the screws were not long enough.. He replaced one of them , he said he replaced two of them. I want a complete refund as when the glasses I picked out were gone so long, he picked out a pair for me. I did not like them from day.. Now the glass is out again. What would happen if the glass fell out on the ground?????? I want my money back and I also want my prescription back so I can get a pair of glasses that I don't have to bring them back because the glass keeps falling out.
